I don't use rub ons often but I did like these polka dots from the dots and designs rub on set.

Stamp Sets: The More the Merrier
Paper: real red, old olive, merry memories DSP, whisper white
Ink: black, ballet blue, brilliant blue, real red, old olive
Accessories: glitter,white gel pen, large oval punch, scallop oval punch, scallop edge punch, corner rounder punch.
